Body Shape
Dahil naramdaman ko na tumataba ako this past few months actually since last year- - nagsimula last year nung nag proproj na ako. Stressed kasi masyado, tapos kahit anong pigil ko or control ko sa eating habits ko, parang lumala kasi sumasakit tiyan ko / o humahapdi ung tiyan ko pag di ako kumakain , or konti lang kinakain ko. So ngayon, instead of maintaining my original weight na 120lbs or lose 5lbs , nag gain tuloy ako ng 5lbs. arghhh! So just to make sure kung baka na distort ba katawan ko kasi tumataba ako, i measured my body and found out that i’m (35-26-35)
lol much!! Pero sa tingin ko, naging pear shape ako . . all of my body fats napunta sa thighs ko! XD kaya ung range na yan sa baba minsan naging (35-37)!~ pati ung waist ko lumalaki din, that was originally 24, so ngayon naging (24-26). Pag matapos na tong school stuffs na to ; at ang tangi ko na lang gawin ay maghihintay ng graduation ko..I’ll prolly spent my free time, going to the gym and exercise.
& most of all no to junkfoods na, at start healthy living, pero mas maganda pari kung maging VEGETARIAN! (malaking asa!)
After all, I’m turning 21 na din, this May.
Welcome Adulthood and corporate world!
Do you know your body shape?

How to measure your body?
Measuring the size of the body parts such chest, waist and hips would help to ascertain the body shape better. For men the middle of the chest should be measured and for women the breasts. Before measuring, it necessary to exhale to get accurate measurements. The waist measurements should be taken 1 inch above the belly button and hips should be measured across the widest section. It’s always better to have some help in measuring to get the exact numbers.
Different types of body shapes
Hourglass Shape: This is considered as the best shape for the women. Where the bust and hips measurements would be almost the same circumference, though the bust can be ‘one inch’ larger than the hips. The waist would be much smaller. A perfect hourglass shape is where the difference between the ‘waist and the bust’ and ‘waist and hips’ is at least ‘nine inches’.
Pear or Spoon Shape: If there is a wide difference in measurements between the hips and bust and hardly any between the chest and waist. Hips are ‘two inches’ or more larger than the bust and waist is less than 9.25″ smaller than the bust.
Ruler(Rectangle) Shape: If there is hardly any difference in the measurements of waist, bust and hips. The waist is less than ‘nine inches’ smaller than the bust.
Conical(Triangle) Shape: Normally where the bust and waist are same but the hips are ‘at least nine inches smaller’ than the chest. The standard measurement is, bust 3.6″ or larger than the hips andthe waist less than 9″ smaller than the bust.
Apple Shape: If the waist measures larger compared to the hip and chest.
